Shop Assist is a voice-enabled conversational AI that answers questions regarding retail products. The product is deployed in shopping aisles and is activated by saying "Hey Shop Assist". Shop assist can help the customer in product exploration, marketing, and general queries. Shop Assist was designed to have someone at all times for customers in shopping aisles and to reduce costs for the businesses.
